Get a Christina version of DWUW recorded ASAP and release it ASAP. R Kelly is getting too much legit negative press and it's only going to get worse. Radios will be hesitant to play the song at very least and boycott at most. Gaga can't afford to be pulled down.
Video wise, I think it's taken so long because someone intervened and wanted the video to be less risqué - meaning major edit around it and maybe even new shoots.
She needs to be careful because R Kelly is being branded a paedophile. That isn't something you can make light of, play the victim with or defend him on. I will be so pissed at her if she suffers backlash for standing by him as a knee jerk reaction to criticism.
A new video isn't on the cards, but if it can be as Gaga centric as possible with no R Kelly controversy focus...that'd be ideal.
Here's what I think might be holding up the video if what Perez said is true. I feel that Interscope may be pressuring her to cut R Kelly out of the video and redo it with a solo version. But she's refusing for the sake of "artistic integrity," hence the whole "fighting with her label bit.
