Ciara is better than any Rih album since Rated R. But Unapologetic isn't bad at all.

A better full-length album than Rih has managed in years but not nominated for a Grammy.

And even in a review of her own music, they have to use Rih to bring some attention to it

OH and let's be clear. Body Party is the main reason it wasn't nominated at the Grammys. They had to snub it because she has the regular and the remix on the album and both heavily use a sample which is a BIG no no for a Grammy.
So don't act like she wasn't going to get nominated because she probably was considered greatly. Maybe her next album she'll get a nod if she learns how to not use samples as obvious as that
