Beyonce has never flopped. Ever. She underperformed with the last album but that was 13 years into her career (8 years into her solo career). She didn't get any hits and still sold well + toured.
Gaga is the definition of a fad. I would call her a singles artist b/c her album sales are tragic but even despite all the radio airplay, her digital sales are garbage too.
