Why wasn't this the album cover, or the overall theme of the imagery this era? Brunette Gaga should've been how she looked this whole time, with that full brown wig slayage. But have you noticed how the superior promo images don't match the final booklet or real album cover at all? Bothers me a bit.

i finally made one of my friends listen to the album. he played Aura was like wtf, and refused to play any more. smh/

This era is disappointing me in ways I thought were never possible.

do not come for the best album cover ever created.. that shot shouldve been in the booklet though. and i do wish she kept using that wig when she went to interviews/performances

I still don't like the ARTPOP cover. I don't dislike it quite as much as I did when I first saw it, but it's still really disappointing. The booklet is kind of terrible.

Her iTunes festival looks were really cohesive with the promo images. I do wish she'd continued with the technological concept though, like with the chair & stuff. It was really cool but it never went anywhere.

This era's "performance" may have been underwhelming to most of ATRL and even me to a much, much lesser extent (really just the album sales), but I love the music.
