When I really get into a book, it's amazing. The last one I read that I really loved was The Jungle, which I read for AP US History. It was so amazing I finished it in one night.
ALL the time. I truly believe that what I feel when reading a good book is a very spiritual experience. I was literally reading 500 page novels at 5 years old. My connection with books is practically palpable.
I've only been caught up in a book once, and it was Lord of the Flies. Read it in one sitting. Some other books have interested me, but it takes me a few more days to finish. My most recent read was the Cirque Du Soleil biography of Guy Laliberte which was fascinating. I wish I had more time to read and knew the best books to read.
Nope, never. Even if I like the book I have an increasingly short attention span when it comes to reading anything... even study notes, which I should be reading right now instead of being on ATRL...
Yes, but only for these 2 books... Hunger Games and Catching Fire. They are truly magical. Anyone else can suggest something similar? I still have to read the 3rd one though.
