It was supposed to come out in September 2009 then "Early 2010" then April....then first single in April album in June...then September...October...November...and then finally WTH premiered January 1, 2011 with the album in March. They were doing everything right until the point they didn't release WTH right after premiere and instead gave it for free on FB. Also it flopped on radio as hard as HTNGU which was shocking.

I agree with you. Everything right until the WTH premiere. Then we had Smile as second single etc.
The point is that they made Avril work with Alex da kid cause they wanted a different kind of album.
What I want for Avril is a label that leave her doing her job and also have an high budget and a strategic management. So no Epic and no RCA.
Does exist a different Sony division in USA?
I mean she trashed RCA right before the GL era started and crawling back to them would be weird (cant find a better adjective lol). She's in a "damned if you do, damned if you don't" situation like she's always been.
