I'd imagine that we would have either a second volume for ARTPOP or a completely new album by the time she does her space performance in 2015. For all we know, it could be like November 2015 or something.
It won't be later than June and I'd bet it's before the end of March. It's scheduled for six months after the first commercial Virgin Galactic flight, and that is scheduled for some time in 2014.
I don't think we're getting a totally new album or an EP before this - however, if the album is ARTPOP Vol. II, it's a much stronger possibility.

i noticed theyve each been giving gaga roughly 15 plays per day in total - sometimes its like 8 applause, 7 dwuw, and then sometimes its this kind of landslide with applause getting 13 of the 15 spins
