Just to clear up. This is not because of Lebanon. This is because of itunes. The cover is normal in actual music stores. Same happened with unapologetic.

ARTPOP cover is also censored on iTunes Jordan. but they sell the "original/real" cover in the stores.
Unapologetic, Lotus, Teenage Dream, etc... are NOT censored in stores.
unless we're talking about Saudi Arabia.
Is this Only in ITunes or will it be this way on physical CDs too?
i live in Dubai and i'm ordering 3 copies from Amazon so its no problem but i want to buy an extra one from here but i dont want that on the actual booklet, don't care if it's part of the protective thing on the cover tho
