I'd say the MV could be a week earlier instead of any additional performances. She can't use up all ha US promo spots just yet, but she should go through Europe and do a few to make sure they don't think she's died.

Will the adds date make any real significant impact at this point?

I feel like this will be a huge multiformat smash with Pop, HAC, rhythmic, urban and if she can get a good radio edit possibly AC. As well as with the small random formats like spanish and latin.
