Dank weed, good nightlife, free healthcare, good music scene, ****** political parties (which country doesn't), good people, good food, and cold winters.
it's not THAT cold Unless you live wayyyy up to the North where basically no one lives there
Only Toronto and Vancouver are warmer... the rest is freezing hell for 6 months, Montreal, Quebec, Winnipeg, Calgary, Saskatchewan all can go down to -40 easily for weeks
I actually preferred alberta to bc.
I wouldn't want to live in either places though. My dream when i graduated was to go to school in nova scotia but my program is extremely limited in canada & it's looking like i'll be stuck in ontario.
I mean- bc was pretty but i got bored of the scenery really fast.
The people i encountered were douche bags too but i don't believe in judging an entire area based on a few individuals.
Over here it's basically what you see in the 2nd pic. Rednecks shooting moose and eating it.
I think so! Like said above, it's kind of fem twink central. Depends on what crowd you're in. Once you think you know everyone, you get sadly mistaken.
this
I want to work in Universal Music Canada. I don't want to spend tons of money on education and then end up in the marketing team of a food company

haha I see. It's kind of what I expected, the fem/twink thing. I'm sure there's lots of diversity though.
Target just can't compete their prices are freaking high, and they don't bother to sell fresh food to attract people
(and their Target exclusive albums are always sold out, maybe it's because the labels undershipped tho )
haha nope I have not, but I heard good things. I also heard how atrocious the snow is during the winter... And how high it gets. Is that accurate?.
You should go if you ever get the chance. The people are SO nice, the scenery is breathtaking and the air is so easy to breathe. & YES. I've only spent one Winter there (that I can remember) and it the snow was terrible. My family posts a lot of pictures on FB and it makes the snow in Ontario look like nothing.
I actually just got back last Sunday from visiting family in NFLD and it was starting to snow a bit before we left. Middle of October and Mother Nature was already coming for them.
