ooh @ my pretentious word choiceI love that The Boondocks aims to dispel ignorance, but the way the show goes about doing that sometimes only increases the ignorance because the viewers are too ignorant to realize the goal of dispelling ignorance.
The message of the Gangstalicious episodes is "Homophobia is stupid", but I've seen too many people go through that episode, get their cackles in, and come out of it with the same wrong, anti-gay views.
Same thing about the racial themes of most of the episodes.
