Honey, it's not that they don't care, it's just that they don't like it. Simple as that. All Britney needs is a stronger second single and we're set. I mean, I love WB, but I'm a fan whose brain is literally wired to love anything Britney Spears. ANYTHING. So don't expect our taste to reflect that of the public's. I can see how they can dislike the song.

Anyways, I still have high hopes for the first week sales and I do expect above 200K.

Britney won't do 150,000 that's too low of a number. She did 300,000 with an ~underperforming single with a "terrible" video in 2011 in March. She'll be fine, don't be so pessimistic.

Circus could've sold well over 600K first week had her team gone all out with promo like Katy.

Katy's sales are terrible considering everything, she'll definitely have longevity though.

WB flopping doesn't mean the album is doomed, just means she has to release something better before the album release and make sure the public knows about it.

If the second single comes out in a few weeks and connects well then maybe 250k.

I don't see her getting a Target deal unfortunately. I think that stuff has more to do with management as opposed to RCA. That was an easy way to get good/decent sales, atleast initially.
