I think we read the trilogy tweet wrong. This is what she posted:
"no maam it the beginning of ARTPOP TRILOGY ENDINGS TO COME!" when someone asked her if Venus is the continuation. I think she mant "no maam it the beginning of ARTPOP." (mess ignoring applause, I guess she means the real beginning) and then "TRILOGY ENDINGS TO COME!", meaning another song will be the end of the trilogy.
So there won't be a NEW trilogy. She just worded that tweet very wrong IMO so don't get too excited yet.
