Lmao I love stuff like this

OK, maybe I am psycho-analyzing things a little too much these days, but I
think I can finally explain why Celine Dion and Mariah Carey are more popular
than Madonna these days. Of course Celine and Mariah are both much more
talented Madonna, but that can be taken for granted so let's not even argue.
Vocal talent aside, audiences can actually RELATE to the lyrics of Celine and
Mariah. Madonna, on the other hand, writes ridiculous lyrics such as "I traded
fame for love..." etc. that the audience cannot relate to on a personal level.
Also, Celine and Mariah are much more down-to-earth and intimate in their
performances. Madonna puts on this high priestess spiritual diva act to which
the audience is further alienated. She may think that since she's has a child
that she would be more down-to-earth, but her spirituality is no less of a
self-absorbed, calculated act than any of her other "looks". Madonna is so
self-absorbed and into herself that she simply cannot let be herself, as Celine
and Mariah can. Everything is a pre-planned, calculated performance - what is
image and what is reality? Perhaps we will never know.

Oh, brother. First of all, the lyrics of Mariah's and Celine's songs
are insipid beyond belief. Sure, the majority of people can relate to
them, but the majority of people are stupid; the opinion of the masses
almost always errs on the side of banality. If anything, Madonna's
lyrics are better than most found in today's pop music, no matter what
Lulu says.
