The only single that was discounted to reach #1 and actually did was LFN. (And that one actually reached #1 on the Digital Songs chart before the discount) The rest reached #1 on their own merits.
I guess this mean we will likely get to witness Katy outsell her for their first week album sales.. the meltdowns that will ensue
