Excuse me, but like who is this Elliot guy?

Elliott Wilson is a hip-hop journalist as well as a self-proclaimed GOAT for his field and for good reason. He is the founder of Rap Radar and a former editor-in-chief of XXL Magazine as well as the creator of The Truth & CRWN. Elliott also has a strong social media presence especially on Twitter where he actively retweets people commenting on various hip-hop-related subjects.
The Truth is a weekly vlog in which Elliott discusses hip-hop for that week, reviews albums, etc. The videos are uploaded to Jay-Z's Life & Times YouTube channel. The
most recent episode of The Truth is a review of Nothing Was The Same.
Elliott also hosts CRWN. He interviews rappers one-on-one in front of an audience and he asks the realest questions that most interviewers wouldn't even dare ask. (Fans also are allowed to ask questions sometimes.) The rappers are usually ones with albums to promote (usually opening week) like most recently
Drake as well as
Tyler, the Creator,
J. Cole,
Wale, and
Macklemore.

Not everyone wants Nicki on their songs.

Didn't Nicki say she never recorded anything? She just went to the studio to see Mike WiLL and Miley happened to be there so she listened to some tracks but opted not to do a verse. Actually I am kind of foggy about the whole thing because I devoured those interviews and moved on...
I am just trying to say that remember
Nicki does not want to be on everyone's songs. I honestly never believed she turned someone away until she exposed herself saying that she wasn't "interested" in collaborating with Gucci Mane. Like, yeah... Not everyone wants to work with Nicki and vice versa... And sometimes things don't work out even when both parties want it to...
