apparently it's coming out sometime in 2 weeks (quite possibly on the 15th)
Katy her team is so smart, releasing a new promo single every two weeks before the album release. It keeps the momentum (and pre-order sales) going, but avoids from shoving singles down the consumers' throats like Red's weekly promo singles.
