A TV premiere with two viewers and Vevo premiere is better than just a Vevo premiere. Even if the CW only gets 500k viewers, that's still more promo than just a Vevo upload. Plus, Britney is getting in good with Clear Channel right now. Of course they won't cheat for her (as seen by WB's radio play), but any form of a positive relationship with them is a good thing.
