I don't think she's intentionally watching the Grammy deadline to release music.
88% of people in here assumed she's been working on the album and writing for it since TRU came out last November (because of that Fuse interview), when that was furthest from the truth.
It's so humorous that finally, she confirmed herself that she's literally beginning to actually work on it now.
That's where the release **** comes in. Many (not necessarily on here) assumed a December release only to find out she literally just begun.
