I never understood why some feel Miley has some sort of moral obligation for young children. She is an entertainer and entrepreneur first and foremost, and while she has the social capital to serve as a moral compass, that certainly isn't mandatory. Like literally some fuming soccer mom said that it was too early for Miley to evolve into a more adult-oriented image.
If these parents are disturbed about the state of pop culture, then maybe they should get off their fat asses and actually parent their children. Miley's job is to sell a product.
