But honestly I think really think the original Y&B could smash hard. I mean it's nearly platinum without any radio support whatsoever and the original keeps moving into the iTunes top 100 with the smallest of promotion/exposure (didn't they recently play a trailer of the Great Gatsby with Y&B playing and the track moved from the top 200 into the top 40? Or they put the film up for rental). She could smash without the remix if they could get Lana to do some sort of promo and just promoted the original. The original WILL smash if they pushed it.
Saying that, I like the remix. It's just not as dramatic and the SS one though.
F*ck. The original could slay just as hard on radio, it's radio friendly. This better be the last remix they release to radio over the original versions of her songs.
It is what it is, an average remix and not better at all than Summertime Sadness. Overall it is good it's being released. It will get her some more coins and probably make the gap between now and the new album shorter for the GP.
Is it only released through Cedric's label or Interscope as well? I am a bit confused.
