Besides the song is terrible as a lead single. People want catchy tunes no hookless will.I.am produced nightmares
I still don't get how could they not put a chorus in there.
They were probably so excited about the "amazing" rift they got and thought it could carry the song on its own.
I just think, like Gaga, her popularity has decreased immensely (FF's sales say it all) and she can't expect to put a single and have it shoot to the top anymore without putting in the effort.
There's also the fact that EDM is dying in the US so they really should've gone with the Naughty Boy/William Orbit track as the lead single like originally planned

Gaga refused to let her song die but we all know Britney won't do nothing for her song which it's sad because since 2007 Britney got used to those easy Digital songs #1 without doing nothing. It seems like she wants to get Christina's numbers to finally wake up.

If Britney flopped like Xtina, that probably would make her happy. Knee doesn't seem to care whether her music is in demand or not. She probably would love to live her life not owing anybody something just like X.
This reminds me of 2011 (yes I visited pop forms around that time) when stans swore on their lives Beyoncé, Gaga, and Britney would slay like 2009 only to be fooled when Adele, Katy, and Rihanna snatched their wigs. Is history repeating itself?
