!!! This. It gives me old school MJ feels.

It lowkey pisses me off when people call Bey a pop girl when like 85% of her discography is contemporary RnB and funk, mixed with a bit of jazz and dance mixed in. Hence why I will NEVER call her the Queen of Pop.

I don't even know why people make a big deal over that title. She's the Queen of Entertainment.

EOT isn't pop. Neither is BTINH. The only reason they are considered anywhere near pop is because Bey sings them. Also because they have so many elements in them ppl just say pop.

I want to think of another title because she's also a great business woman.

We need to brainstorm and then start the trend.

Come to think of it, EOT was the only song Bey promoted as huge as Run The World, imo. She did a remix competition for the song. It was the opening number for Revel. It is the only song from 4 performed full in the SuperBowl. It was also the only song from 4 in Life Is But A Dream. It was also the song premiered from Made In America to TV. It's just that she never performed it in any major events except for the SuperBowl. I guess she find EOT somewhat special and kept it everywhere she goes. Or it is just that the promotion of 4 is still going until TMCS ends and EOT is the song being promoted.

It should have been the 1st single with RTW video budget. Album would be a 5million right now, I'm sure.

And it's the one song that EVERYONE loves, including her haters. And well, besides LOT.

So if Katy Perry is releasing Oct 24, Gaga is releasing Nov 11, Britney is releasing December 3, & Rihanna probably doing album 8 for Thanksgiving (just guessing based off album every year expectations), when would Beyonce release this year? Remember people were saying during the new video shoot that it would be seen in December. I can't see Bey wanting to release that first week when Britney is already starting to promote with a single. What do you guys think and none of that we're not getting an album til 2015 crap.

What about the Queen of Music?

She can release it whenever she wants. The biggest album seller is Beyonce. But I don't think Rihanna is releasing Album 8 this year, maybe early 2014. So I think there might be a chance we'll get the album by the end of November.

A black Friday release would be enticing.

She should do the 19th of Nov. Rihanna should do the same.

Even though we're waiting for new music, at least Beyonce still performs and slays.

Also I watched (most of) the Rock in Rio performance last night. I can't believe what a tease she is. Last song. X-O-X-O. "I want to do something special for you."

I'm sure it's been discussed but might XO sample that song she danced to? It wouldn't be so far fetched and would go with the world sound she's been flirting with.

I don't think it's "pop" as you'd describe the genre, but most of Beyonce's singles aren't "pop" yet are part of pop music.

'4' is a masterpiece and I've always praised it but today I realized it more than ever.
The vocals, the instrumentals, the lyrics.

No other pop star will ever top songs like Dance For You, I Miss You, Schoolin' Life, Start Over, Rather Die Young or Love On Top.
