LOL! Britney has always had gay fans, and she was never the one to exploit them! Anyway, this song doesn't even talk about gays but actually refers to girls (hot bikini body, martini, etc)

It's not overtly gay though, she is just talking about motivation in general. I get that "werk" is gay slang that ATRL loses it's mind with, but the content of what she is saying applies for a larger audience than just the gays.
