I think the only thing slightly disappointing about "work bitch" is that she was going for hit and controversial, when an artist of her caliber and legacy should be able to release singles without an eye towards the charts.
Though then again, this is the type of music she seems to like the most, and Madonna at 100 is still trying to land hits with "hot" producers.
