Wide Awake's Mediabase peak was during the inflation period. On Nielsen, it peaked at 117 million.

Her biggest radio peak still remains to be Cali Gurls (154).

It should be around 135 million right now.

I'm not either. It's a terrible song. I'm quite let down by it.

Katy has exceeded my expectations. In the last two hours there's been three different Australian #1's and at the moment she's on top. Wow.

I don't want to come in here and cause trouble, but


Rihanna has sold 3.40M records in Aus, Gaga has sold 2.60M and Katy has sold 2.27M.

In terms of last tours, Gaga made 27.38M in Oceania (performed to 212,000+) and Katy made 9M in the same cities (performed to 103,000+).

Roar has peaked at #1 in Australia, Applause at #4.
In New Zealand, Roar also peaked at #1 with Applause at #2.
The third of three Oceania charts (Fiji) says that Applause is #10 and Roar is #55.

So Roar is Top 10 in 2 countries, and Applause is in 3 (though I will give Roar the satisfaction of 2 #1s).


This isn't shade or whatever people around here call it, it just simply bothers me that people use language like "PUSH THE LESSERS DOWN" and "QUEEN OF OCEANIA".

And I hate to be such a downer in Roar's own thread. Yay for regaining #1!
