I think Will.i.am gave them credits to all of them to avoid problems. In fact Sebastian Ingrosso said he was surprised he is credited with this song because he wasn't part of it.

Thievery is such an easy word to use these days. pop and edm/dance music has never been really original, all kinds of songs lean samples or parts of eachother and even a lto uncredited.
will.i.am always get picked out since he is famous, but the same thing happens every day, even with the big DJ's.
Also a lot of "legal" things happen beyond the artists themselves but are handled by the label/management
