I'm not bothered with the motivational part. I like it being motivational more than "IF you want to **** me, you better work bitch." My was at the basic ass lyrics "You wanna live in a mansion? You better work bitch." It sounds like a really pedestrian way to get that motivational feel across.

But anyway with Britney's first singles, I can forgive even the most basic of lyrics with a banger.
