Yes but back then, that official chart only counted the physical sales while they were low compared to the digital sales.

IKAG went #1 on the digital chart and that chart was 1000x more relevant (today, everything is combined so no problem).

A lot of #1 hits never charted in the official chart because they did not get physical release.

And that meant you could get an official #1 so easily since the physical sales were ridiculous, even if someone was selling 10k digital copies meanwhile.

I think Roar deservedly has SOTY on lock.
