sorry, but at the end of the day those are assumptions. Maybe it has more to do with the album only having two hit singles along with her overall impression on people being that she's lazy and a shell of her former self. another assumption.

Well, it's not as good as The ArchAndroid (do you think the second half drags a bit too?) but I'm finding more and more joy in these songs than I've gotten from almost anyone else this year anyway. Janelle's voice, personality and ambition make up for some of the shortcomings in the lyrical department, and there are some (SOME) pretty clear stabs at being more public-friendly, but overall I think it's a worthy effort from the lady.

What did you find disappointing about it?

Not all Britney stans obv but you know what I mean. Look at her STOMPING onstage with those thighs in her Deréon outfits singing those R&B songs that aren't even cute or catchy, and the way that she talks. How can that outsell our Godney? How can it have 16 more Grammys than her?
