Nope. I actually get frustrated for being 116 lbs (I actually lost 4 lbs over the past week due to stress), but I know a lot of it has to do with my diet. My diet consists of mainly lean meats such as turkey, fish, and (some) chicken, vegetables, fruits, yogurt, granola, whole grains, and some nuts (

). I only drink water. I think the only thing I really overindulge in is potatoes and pasta at times.
