"Forever" was never released Physically but still went #9 on Airplay. "Butterfly" was never released Physically, but still went #16 on Airplay. If "Thank God I Found You" went #1 with it's sales and being #15 on Airplay, then those 2 would have also been #1's if released Physically.
That's 20 #1's already. "Loverboy" would've been #1 had Tommy not purposely discounted "Bootylicious" to block it. "Can't Let Go" wouldn't have also peaked at #2, if they didn't take it off shelves to get album sales.
That's 22 #1's. If we got more into this, Mariah could've cheated her way a lot more.

I for one am not calling her a cheater.
I don't think her tactics are cheating at all, especially repression.
Just because her label knew how to get her #1's and the others were sloppy doesn't mean she's in the wrong. It's not like they were shameless and discounted like every flop she had.
