WERK is apparently the name of the single. One insider has basically confirmed it but who knows.

Some Famos website claimed they had a surprise related to Britney, like a year ago or two. And they just never said what it was.

Most people figure it fell through because Britney broke up with Jason Trawick (he had a connection to Famos). It probably would have been a perfume/tour/iHeart Radio contest.
