Then again, she could always just hold out till next year. If Britney gets proper promo, she should be able to do over 350k. I can't say that for many of our other competitors, sans One Direction.

I'm telling you guys now, if Britney does not promote for this 8th era, it will undoubtedly flop. We all have to deal with it. There's major competition this fall. She is major potential to be very successful this era, but promotion is key.

It was a slowburner. She did excellent in catalogue sales thanks to constantly performing her song. Britney doesn't have that luxury because she doesn't promote like that.

An "insider" that said we'd get a Tweet tomorrow about Britney working with William Orbit (BritneysBabies snatched it from them), told everyone about a release date for an undisclosed surprise which turned out to be the countdown, etc. They've been spot on so far and people who have been in contact with Team Britney before (namely BritneysBabies) are backing them, so I see there could be some truth to it.

That being said, I still think there's a 90% chance Britney won't be there.

Let's not get carried away with 5 singles. 4 is her limit. I generally think she'll do fine because X Factor & S&S alone showed the general public is still here for her.

Typical couple of performances on GMA or whatever, then November/December is the big Vegas move and final preparations.

Highly doubt she'll be doing the AMAs either.

lol your joking right? there's no way any label will allow an album to be released just barely a month after the first single is released i(if the sept 18 is the release date not an announcement) it will flop big time. . it will take more than a month for the first single to be a hit and be recognized by the people and there when people are hyped up for the album that's the time their gonna released the album.
she waited 2 months for both Circus and FF. it has never been done before and doesn't work like that. this will end up on December and it better be.
