No, it wouldn't. You are a member. You agreed to the ToS when you signed up. The warning system is laid out and available to read at any time. Asking "who" in any thread is off topic and disruptive. Moderation on the forum is okay but I agree with you. Moderators seem to get a free pass on things sometimes and the fact that their posts aren't even able to be warned is a bit strange. I mean their posts should in fact be warnable seeing how they should be holding up with the standard and following the rules since they are the rule enforcers. But I guess they since they put in their free time to moderate that its okay for them to go a bit off tangent once in a while
