Week 3 - back to #2 because she slayed the VMA's
Week 4 - #1 with music video streams finally in affect

No, in Belgium, Roar is #2 in a chart similar to the US Bubbling Under so it does not count.

It will roar onto the real chart next week though, from what I've gathered the last couple of days Roar has had more airplay compared to Applause and the lyric video has been played on TV channels while I haven't seen Applause's lyric video on TV yet.

Both are Bubbling Under charts, the difference is in Flanders they speak Dutch and in Wallonia they speak French.
