Right it seems like Capitol is playing the waiting game. They want the hype of Gaga and BL to blow over then they are going to strike. They already have done so much between the teasers, the bus, and the billboards so I assume they have more coming .

When you open a show many times people have yet to tune in. When you close the show it usually has the highest ratings sometimes depending on if the show is bad people will also tune out.
