Obviously, Miley is not getting high updates because only pop is able to support the song. The song is too immature for Hot AC, rhytmic doesn't use her sadly & urban obviously neither (even if she would like it to play her songs )

White artists usually need at least that Hot AC support if they want big radio hit. (like Katy, Kelly etc.)

If you look at the all-time BDS list, BL is the ONLY song NOT released during the massively inflated 2003-2007 era! Plus, all of these songs smashed only on 3 or 4 formats at the same time. None was quite big on HOT AC. Some of them barely charted there. BL is smashing on all the formats the rest smashed on, plus on HOT AC! That is why, even WITHOUT massively inflated numbers he broke the record!
