no babe you're in denial. if radio play falls because of digital sales, then everybody in the top 10 iTunes would be falling like rain right now.
Bee used payola with "Deja Vu", she used it with "RTA". After those two I guess they went with the instincts of "Irreplaceable" and "BL" being radio friendly enough and they were.
To answer your question about "BL" and "UU". First "BL" I think was just something they thought would blow up, so they weren't ready to pay up the cash. "Upgrade U" was never an official single, but it got very good urban airplay.
