Jeff basically confirmed it, we'll know for sure in a week. If that's true, which is it, the promo is already being scheduled and Gaga will definitely perform/open for the VMAs. The official announcement should be released in mid-July so the world gets hyped for the lead single.
I like that idea of another big promo era, a title like ARTPOP screams to play it big.
