"All Good Things" wasn't a Billboard hit but it was huge on European charts. And it deserved to win March's survivor. "Famous Last Words" and "Lithium" flopped, and they also deserved to win. Out of the 8 winners, I find only 2 overrated. ("Stranger" and "What I've Done").
EDIT: "Do It" would be the most overrated winner this year. That's why I hope "Misery Business" wins September's survivor. We all know "Gimme More" is going to win October's.
