The whole argument:" men can be victims of sexism too" reminds me of the argument racists like to use when they say " but whites can be discriminated against as well". Of course, in individual cases, they can, but it's not systematic discrimination. The government doesn't want to strip men off their rights. There are no parts of the world in which men are forced to completely cover themselves. And I've never seen Charlie Sheen being "**** shamed". Instead, he is celebrated like the epitome of "pure maleness".

2) I never said dont have sex. I'm saying sex whether protected or not has its risks that we are all fully aware of, and if you take that risk, you better be prepared for the concequences. A surefire of not having babies, is not having sex.

3) yes, men can be victims of sexism too. Divorce laws are a pretty good example. as a matter of fact, saying that a man cant be discriminated against based on his gender, is a little sexist

4) I was talking about sexism in the Western world, in particular North America.

The notion that if you don't want to get pregnant, don't have sex is one of the crazy conservative republican men of today. This places absolutely no blame on the other half who actually made the baby. Sex is a biological need, and sometimes accidents happens. Guys can have all the sex that they want and fail to properly use contraceptives but women are the ones to blame. How dare you say that. It's really disappointing to hear from a fellow ATRLer. I'm not a crazy female warrior, but even I can see how ****ed up you are. It's sad.

Bare in mind even having sex with someone who's intoxicated can be classed as rape as they aren't able to give consent, or coercing/threatening someone into having sex with you. All of which are commonly reported amongst rape against women, actually physically forcing someone to have sex with you is only one kind of rape. You're just assuming that all men are sex-craving horny bastards that would never deny sex from ANY woman who tries to get it on with them. Rape is rape, no matter what gender the victim or rapist is, yet the law only recognises males as potential rapists when that's clearly not the case.

Obviously every single group that could ever be conceived of does have some slight discrimination. But if you compare the levels of discrimination between men and women, it's obvious which ones bear the brunt of it. Yes, there are divorce laws and such, but has a man been killed for having sex before marriage? Has a man been castrated because someone raped him? Has a man been disfigured by acid because their mother deemed him as non pure?

No. Collectively around the world, female discrimination is on a higher level than a man's.

Sexual Offences Act 2003 says defendant is guilty if he intentionally penetrates the vagina, anus or mouth of the complainant with his penis, the complainant does not consent and the defendant does not reasonably believe consent has been given. The separate offence of sexual assault by penetration, which carries the same maximum sentence, covers attacks involving other objects.

US law differs by state but in many states it still states that only men can be rapists.
