Joe Simpson got all thugged-out Sunday night in Vegas, when a security guard allegedly shoved his daughter Ashlee into a wall.

Rush & Molloy report that Ashlee, boyfriend Pete Wentz and Joe were trying to maneuver their way out of a nightclub when Wentz got shoved by a security guard, "knocking Ashlee against a wall." That's when Big Joe went nuts and tried to protect Ashlee, making that throat-slitting gesture in the process. "When somebody messes with my baby, then it's over!" he told R&M.

Ever the classy guy, Simpson said the fracas started because the bouncers were "just mad they make $12 an hour." Unlike getting paid a few pennies more by your own daughters.

Nice try dickwad. I have only one name on here and this is it.

Singer's Dad And Her Fall Out Boy Rocker Boyfriend Throw Punches In Her Defense

Sometimes even bodyguards don't have your back, but your dad and your boyfriend do, which singer Ashlee Simpson learned the hard way this past weekend in Las Vegas.

On Sunday, Ashlee Simpson's dad, Joe Simpson, and her Fall Out Boy rocker boyfriend, Pete Wentz, came to Ashlee's rescue.

According to The New York Daily News, the Simpsons and Wentz were trying to leave the Decaydance/GQ party at the Mirage's Jet nightspot, when a fist fight broke out.

Bouncers gave the green light for Ashlee, Joe and Pete to go through, however, they blocked the Simpson entourage, which included the Gym Class Heroes MC, Marc DeJesus.

Wentz, 27, yelled out in retaliation demanding that his crew be escorted to a waiting SUV, which he angrily said he had paid for.

That's all it took for the security guard to lose his cool and shove Wentz, which in turn knocked Ashlee into a wall.

Wentz immediately rushed over to Ashlee's aid. The Fall Out Boy's bassist began punching the guard, who towered over him and Joe joined in the mayhem.

The fight died down and no one was seriously injured from the Simpson-Wentz clan.

Wentz didn't leave the club quietly though; instead, he spat, swore and said that they would never be back again.

During the chaos, a fan tried to snap a picture and Ashlee, 22, lunged out in an attempt to grab the camera, but Wentz held her back

I think that Ashlee song is worse than Britney's single. It's terrible. I think I have changed my mind. If this is the type of **** Ashlee is putting out I won't buy that ****. I will have to hear some songs that are a lot better than this before I spend my money on her album.

Sept. 12 (Bloomberg) -- Skechers U.S.A. Inc., the footwear maker promoted by pop singer Ashlee Simpson, climbed the most in a month in New York trading after BB&T Capital Markets raised its rating on the shares to ``buy'' from ``hold.''

Skechers increased $1.45, or 7.6 percent, to $20.59 at 2:27 p.m. in New York Stock Exchange composite trading, the biggest gain since Aug. 9. The shares have declined 38 percent this year, the worst performer among the six members of the Standard & Poor's SmallCap Footwear Index.

Selling expenses rose 32 percent to $41 million in the second quarter on extra marketing to introduce the Cali Gear line, promoted by Simpson. The spending has spurred growth, allowing Skechers to win customers from athletic shoe companies Nike Inc. and K-Swiss Inc., said Randall Scherago, a principal at First Albany Capital Inc.

Skechers ``continues to profitably take share,'' David Turner, a BB&T analyst based in Vienna, Virginia, wrote today in a note to investors. He expects the stock to be worth $30 a share in the next 12 months, a 57 percent advance from yesterday's closing price.

Second-quarter profit fell 15 percent to $14.9 million, or 32 cents a share, on costs to market Cali Gear footwear and open stores and a distribution center, Skechers said July 24. Analysts surveyed by Bloomberg estimated average earnings of 44 cents for the three months that ended June 30.

Profit missed the company's forecast of 41 cents to 46 cents a share in April. Skechers said then it expected higher expenses for advertising, distribution and research and development in China, where most of its shoes are made.

Cali Gear

Skechers has shipped more than 1 million pairs of Cali Gear shoes since introducing the line in April, Scherago said in an Aug. 27 note to investors. He rates the stock as ``buy.''

The S&P SmallCap Footwear Index has climbed 41 percent this year, led by Croc Inc., which has more than doubled. Skechers is headed for its first annual drop in four years.

Simpson, whose albums include ``I Am Me,'' is on the cover of this month's back-to-school issue of Seventeen magazine.

Well, you are right about that. Ashlee isn't as bad as Britney but she isn't helping herself. After that kiss my feet stunt last year, all the canceled shows last summer while she was out shopping when she was supposedly too sick to perform and now she grabs another fans camera she isn't helping her cause out.

She has never been friendly with her fans. She doesn't even meet her fans much at all and she's only got worse since going out with Pete. When I had my meet and greet with Ashlee she had security take everyone's camera away before they went in to meet her. I only got my pic with her because it was part of the auction I won it specifically said "You get a picture with Ashlee" so they had to honor that.

I think Ashlee has let fame go to her head. She was a little better when she first started out but now she does nothing to meet her fans.

Maybe Ashlee will wake up and start treating her fans better after she has a real flop album. The only question is will it be too late for her.

That's True, I hope she will be treating her fans like in Chicago, she was so sweet there, she's most friendly in other countries because in Puerto Rico and Guatemala, fans said that she was so sweet and they took pictures with Ashlee in the hotel.
