Well, the arms aren't too bad and I would assume with the loss of weight comes the loss of the doublle/triple chins and that really is only based on the positioning of her head. Some skin treatment wouldn't be too bad.
half the time i think it's those weird faces that she makes. I mean the most beautiful woman wouldn't be able to pull off some of the faces she makes without having a double chin or wrinkles.

I love Britney and all, but sometimes some of the Brit stans overrate her looks. Don't get me wrong, she's a very pretty woman, but she's not BEAUTIFUL as some say. - she desperately needs an eyelid lift to get rid of that sad puppy eyes look and crow's feet
- that psoriasis isn’t going away without surgical treatments
- she desperately needs a chemical peel
- some injections around her mouth to get rid of the dots from smoking
- those huge arms won't get trimmed without some surgical help
- neither will the double/triple chin
Just losing weight won't help, as we saw last year.
