- some injections around her mouth to get rid of the dots from smoking
- those huge arms won't get trimmed without some surgical help
- neither will the double/triple chin

Yes it does. The only reason why her body changed is because she gave birth to two beautiful children. I mean, it's reality. Britney will never get back to her prime body. But she was so thin during the Circus era - especially in the 08 VMAs. Her arms weren't big at all. She can get a good body if she is actually devoted.

Stop with the "Circus" era comparisons. Things have changed since. She was on meds for a few months during the “Circus” era. She's been on them for several years now. The meds are obviously the reason behind the drastic notable change in her body and face.

That's just an assumption. Nobody knows if she actually takes meds. And name me some meds you think Britney takes that changes your body shape and face.

She loss weight in her stomach and arms the natural way through proper dieting and exercise. Britney can do the same again without the help of surgery. Now as for her skin, that's something you can't naturally change. All of the smoking and tanning frenzies she went on in her 20's caught up with her. She can still look fresh and beautiful without heavy makeup, but she doesn't know how to properly do so herself. If Britney would just give me one day with her, I'll have her a makeup queen. Though, she can easy get an A-list one, but she chooses not to .

Just read lithium side effects. None said it changes your face/body. Also, like I said, you never know if she is even bi-polar if the first place or even takes lithium.
