Considering the Album Version has the exact same vocals only layered with disorted/new ones along with mastered instrumentals, I wouldn't call this a demo but more like an Unmastered Mix.

This is definitely not a demo, her vocals are too polished to be one. You can tell when it's a Gaga demo because the beat and vocals are often times completely different, while this "demo" is nearly identical to the finished version.

They're not totally different, they're pretty similar, just not as manufactured tbqh.
Regardless, it still sounds fine.

Why are people so uptight about what this should be labelled as? It's obviously not the final mix, who cares what it's called.

This is not a demo, artist sometimes record the same song several times. For instance, Shakira said that she recorded She Wolf like 20 times. Eventually, record labels choose the most commercial song.
