I understand why you'd think that, but that is an assumption like if I were to say the only reason you're not using this list is because Rihanna is not at the top. I can't truly say that, just as you can't tell us that the only reason we like this list is for that specific reason. This list is simply combining two different but important statistics. Amount of success and length of success. Therefore it carries a bit more power than just one of the stats isolated, which is why people are saying that this is a good way of looking at the numbers. Rihanna has a lot of number ones. No one is taking that away from her by complimenting this list.
