It's not funny, and I don't condemn it in any shape or form. However, you have to look at it like this, if those women were genuinely overweight - was that the easiest way for the waiters to identify? Also, there's two sides to every story. I've done waiting work so I know exactly what it's like, I had some customers who were absolutely vile to me - was it just a retaliation?
Like I said, I don't find it funny. That guy should probably loose his job and how cheap and tacky of the manager to offer a 25% discount

But I can't help but feel when people do stuff like this, they do it purely to kick up a fuss. Also, at the people saying people on here wouldn't like it if it said "gays/****" or whatever - there's a big difference. If they put that on the bill that would be a stereotype, but if those girls were genuinely overweight, isn't it just an honest way of describing them? I wouldn't be offended if someone called me "gay" because I am.
Like I said though, it's wrong and it was horrible.
