23. I've been working out a lot in the last couple of months so I've gained plenty of muscle.

21.7 ... I'm constantly between 135-140 lbs.
But Body Fat % (I'm at 7.5%) and Hip-Waist ratio (0.85) I find to be just as if not more important, especially for athletes. Because if you weigh 220 but have a 32 waist, that will show itself in those two tests with a low Body Fat %.
