It's possible. The last one was out in Taiwan and Korea in about 2 months.
EDIT: Actually, only 2 weeks for Taiwan version, a month and a half for Korean).

I wouldn't say better, but it certainly has a lot of standouts. I'd say it's almost there. A great album, IMO.
